<7 r 3> gives 1, with the sign of the left side, and raises
lumen.errors.maths.zerodivision on 0 like d. It compiles to a new Echo
opcode, REM (0x34). The LSP offers r in maths completion and the
tree-sitter grammar (regenerated with 0.25.10) highlights it.

group.length[] counts every entry, keyed or not. The LSP documents it.

Both are [PLACEHOLDER]s in SPEC.md §15 for Arizona to decide on.
